Weekly & Daily Sits

All our programming is Dana (donation) based, with no one turned away. We prioritize BIPOC and Queer communities and are currently a volunteer run organization. If you are able, please consider making a monthly or one time donation, and know that you are always welcome.

Every Morning Sit

We offer group sits open to all every morning, every day of the week, 7:30-8:15AM PST.

This is the regular 45-minute silent sit that residents at Dhamma Dena join in together every morning and now we are able to open it up online to all of our sangha friends, near and far.

BIPOC Saturday Support Sangha

We would like to invite any self-identified Black, Indigenous, People of Color to join us in our Saturday Morning Support Sangha. This is a peer led group. We start with a brief welcome, then a 30 minute sit in silence with a metta offering, followed by a brief update on what’s happening at Dhamma Dena, and then a sharing centered on a dharma teaching, and close with a dedication of merit. People can feel free to bow out after the 30 minute sit or stay for the whole time.

All levels of meditation and participation are welcome.
