Lovingkindness Retreat with Arinna Weisman
May 29 - June 1, 2020
Trusting Into Love
Tsoknyi Rinpoche, a respected Dzogchen Master and one of my teachers, said in an interview recently that unless we connect with the essence of love, our practice is unable to develop. We keep using it to try to fill a hollowness that lives inside of us that we believe to be true and that there is something wrong with us. He goes on to say practice is about both refusing to believe this and by coming into connection with our bodies with relaxation and openness so that there is space for essence love to express itself. This retreat will be dedicated to cultivating mindfulness, letting go and trusting into the heart's capacity to love.
This retreat is open to all those who are interested.
There will be guided sittings, walking and movement meditation, group sharing and dharma talks. This retreat will be primarily in silence.
